Peoplesoft HR Functional

Our client is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Functional Analyst with PeopleSoft Human Resources (HRMS, Payroll and Benefits Administration) experience. In this role, you will be participating in the functional portion of PeopleSoft 8.x application support and upgrades.

Responsibilities: Take part in PeopleSoft functional activities that include requirements definition, process analysis, fit/gap resolution, application configuration, script testing,and training. Develop, perform and facilitate application testing programs (script testing) Write specification for interfaces, customization and reports in PeopleSoft. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, Recruiting, Position Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, North American Payroll, Time and Labor, and/or the HCM eCollaborative applications.

Requirements: Hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft HR v8.8+; Experience with Functional PeopleSoft HR release 8.8 or 8.9 with general knowledge of Benefits, Ben Admin and Payroll. Experience in analyzing and customizing the PeopleSoft functionality. Experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation Excellent teamwork and communication skills Experience in data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities Able to develop and maintain a detailed work plan BA/BS or equivalent experience
