Peoplesoft Oracle DBA

COMSYS is seeking an Oracle Peoplesoft DBA for a project in the West metro.Responsiblitiy:(Preferably local candidate to Mpls)Complete Description:Oracle PeopleSoft DBA (Version 8.9) experience including monitor Application servers, monitor table/index fragmentation, migrate code bases, run compares for refreshes and tax updates, apply PeopleSoft patches and fixes.-Modifies existing and/or creates new software for specific company/clients needs.-Analyzes end user data and computing needs and develops user oriented solutions which may/may not interface with existing applications.-Coordinates all aspects of implementation and training to support new programs/system.-Writes and/or revises program documentation including operations and user guides.-Provides input to BAs to prolong system life or to recommend timely replacement.-Performs software product evaluation, including planning, installation, testing and technical support for the end-user and the operations staff.-Supports the installation planning for applications program requirements.-Assists operations staff in the set up, testing and support of the intricate hardware installations.1)PeopleSoft (PS) application experience in Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits Administration modules.2)Monitors Carlson infrastructure changes and determines impact to PS environment.3)Coordinates with HRIS Production Support team for ticket resolution4)Monitors ticket queue to work on new tickets.
