Manage a CSC staff providing direction and guidance to project managers, business analysts, and developers. Provide direction, and assist in the future system designs for support to GD and government customer per contract requirements and to provide information need to manage the current and future business needs. Responsible for meeting financial objectives and service level agreements for CSC supported applications. Build a partnership with the client and government customer to expand CSC's business with the client through identifying, proposing, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, value-added functionality of existing application or new applications over the course of the relationship with the client. Responsible for the accuracy of the budget and forecast and for achieving the targeted results PMP Certification desired. Prior Government or DOD experience desired. Experience with Oracle Integration desired. Prior consulting experience desired. US Citizenship required. Position is on-site Sterling Heights, MI.3+ yrs supervising software development and system integration activities, includingbusiness systems analysis and requirements definition. 3+ yrs department management experience, including budget and deliverable requirements. 2+ yrsOracle applications.
