Practice Director - Data Intensive Solutions

Paragon is looking to invest in a senior level, technically competent Practice Director, with deep experience in the design, architecture, development and implementation of data intensive solutions (DIS). DIS include: Business Intelligence, Analytics, Dashboards, Data Architecture, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Migration, and Data Warehousing. Viewed as a thought leader and technical expert while exhibiting and gaining a high level of confidence with clients.

Along with deep technical expertise, must have the ability to credibly interact with both senior level executives and IT management as a key participant in the solutions sales process. Requires demonstrated acumen in business/client development, opportunity identification, presentation and proposal creation along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Can effectively articulate the value and benefit of technological solutions in a business context.

Highly preferable to have diversified industry experience, but with a high concentration of experience within the Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment industries. Experience in the cable TV or wireless industries is an extra plus. A candidate with significant industry contacts is also highly desirable.

Technical experience with one or more tools: DBMS, ETL, EAI, EII, OLAP tools across multiple operating platforms.
