PROCESS CONTROL ANALYST - Experienced, Professional-Level Opportunity As a Process Control Analyst — Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing, and utilizing methods, monitoring and providing coaching for processes, controls, standards and/or performance measures in the spirit of quality assurance and continuous improvement. This position is based within our Protection Technology group—the largest of four Allstate IT centers that designs and deploys advanced technology for the #1 publicly traded property and casualty insurance carrier in the U.S. Primary responsibilities include: Performing complex process verification reviews on multiple projects and provides comprehensive audit feedback to customers. Developing methods, tools and templates to be used for process assessment. Assisting in development of process hierarchy, process inventory, and information gathering for moderately complex processes. Analyzing and recommending improvements for processes, non-value-added activities, performance issues and root causes. Conducting knowledge sharing/participating in development of process or controls related training or communications providing coaching and guidance as needed. Researching and recommending Allstate and industry process best practices, and developing deep expertise in process application/ repository features.The successful candidate should exhibit the following skills and abilities: Quality Assurance — Participates in the process of establishing, communicating, and monitoring standards for quality and excellence.
