JOB TITLE:

PROCUREMENT PROFESSIONAL

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs administrative duties in support of multiple Subcontract Manager. Responsible for electronic filing, internal PO generation, invoice processing, internal tracking reports, metrics reporting, completion of subcontracts documentation and provides support to subcontract closeout activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 5 years related experience. Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook.

EXPERIENCE:Prior Procurement or Subcontract administrative experience a plus. Experience with Peoplesoft preferred.
