Title:  Product and Technical Support Specialists

 

We are seeking Product and Technical Support Specialists to join our dynamic Customer Relations Team.  The successful candidates will be individuals with entry to three years of experience who possess good communications skills and customer-friendly attitudes, and who may desire to grow into more technical positions requiring software development and network operations expertise.   

 

Minimum Qualifications:  Associates degree, with preference in disciplines such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics.  Good oral and written communication skills; Familiarity with Microsoft environments; Experience with any of MS SQL 2000/05, ASP.Net, Visual Basic.NET and XML design is a plus. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

· Assist customers via phone and email in resolving issues related to the installation, functionality and usage of company-proprietary software products.

· In collaboration with more seasoned staff, assist customers in resolving simple to advanced technical issues by coordinating detailed and informative responses to inquiries.

· Develop reporting functions and provide guidance regarding changes or modifications to enhance reporting functions.

· Train users on company products.

· Examine SQL database for accuracy and process audit reports.

· Manage SQL backups and support server maintenance.

· Travel as required, to support customers throughout the US.

· Other duties as assigned by Management.
