Production Analyst

The Production Analyst is responsible for all assigned client data flow through Client Data Services.  Primary duties will be day-to-day monitoring and/or handling of client information including file FTPs, initial file processing, file certification, post processing, condition identification, imports into Trax, daily / weekly status reporting and missing/replacement file tracking.  Established processes and standards of the CDS Production Team will be utilized.   The Production Analyst will interact with management and staff to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs. As needed the Production Analyst will work with Sales, Account Management, Clients, Client Data Sources and assist other CDS teams with new client implementations and data exchanges.    QualificationsBachelors degree and 2+ years of related business experience or 5+ years of related business experienceThorough understanding and hands-on experience working with healthcare related data including membership, medical claims, pharmacy claims and provider data setsUnderstanding of HIPAA and ability to manage highly confidential informationAbility to understand specific client requirements and develop/interpret business rulesExperience utilizing MS-SQL Server to write complex multi-table queries  Excellent working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office Matria Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Position Information Job Title: Production Analyst Company: Matria Healthcare, Inc.
