Management: Manage large, complex projects of 40 plus resources or a program of related projects of 40 plus resources across all phases of the project life cycle. Management: Participate in project reviews, validating estimates, schedules, and associated work products. Management: Plan, execute and measuring offshore workforce migration efforts.Management: Maintain/Manage delivery to the client per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Management: Responsible for maintenance of SLA and managing scope of workManagement: Provides direction and clarity in determining items within and out of scope per the SLA Management: Make all updates to SOWManagement: Facilitates agreement and sign off by clientManagement: Identify and manage areas of SLA risk and addresses them with the clientManagement: Improved ROI, productivity, profitability, and reduced cost through thought leadership.Methodology: Encourage and assist others to use Catalyst phases, activities, and tasks as a basis for developing estimates and team plans. Business: Review the case for action, principles, constraints and assumptions for completeness and obtain buy-in from the executive sponsor of the mission, vision and strategy, and case for action. Technical: Understand all components of the software development lifecycle and participate in the development of the test strategy. best practices and trends in commercial software development and testingRelationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise on software development. Leverage: Play leadership role in all stages from sales cycle from initial meetings, through negotiation of relationships/projects, through ongoing management of the client relationshipLeverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Seven or more years of experience managing large, complex projects or a program of related projectsBig 5, Tier 1 Offshore Firm, or top tier consulting firm experience highly preferred.Experience working with CSC Catalyst, Rational Unified Process, and/or equivalent client-mandated project management methodology Experience working with quality management approaches and techniques Experience working with delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles to ensure compliance Other Qualifications Strong skills in project trend analysis to determine the status of project's schedule to plan, budget conditions, and resource utilization Strong communication skills Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and CSC Ability to adjust personal style to different situations Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
