The Business Planning Manager will play a critical role in leading organizational operations, program & project initiation, tracking and communication. The Operations manager will be responsible for leading the US Services strategic planning activities including responsibilities such as:

- Partnering with key Services Field, Delivery, and Finance organizations; maintaining connections across all programs and initiatives for communications, resources, dashboards, scorecards and roll-up status, manage and maintain all up plans across all US Services Operations owned programs and initiatives.
- Working across organizations to help lead and drive change management.
- Managing Outsourced Vendors to develop and drive key business processes and standards across the vendor pool and establish Rhythm of the Business with partners.
- Operations Excellence; Partner with the other Operations Managers in the running of the rhythm and planning of our business.

- Minimum 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Services
- Knowledge and experience in change management
