 Program Scheduler - Scheduling Analyst  Job Code: GCSD04081047   Job Description: Reviews and develops highly complex schedule network logic for errors and inconsistencies. Provide leadership functions and training support to lower level schedulers and give guidance to subcontractors regarding schedules. Ensures management understanding of network logic, Gantt, Pert, milestone lists, and resource information in the schedule. Develops and/or modifies existing program procedures. Develops and recommends solutions to scheduling conflicts. Serves as the primary contact for scheduling problem resolutions. Develop and apply advanced level schedule concepts and processes. Create new scheduling techniques and methods Design and create customer reports and schedule macros to meet customer needs. Prepare and present presentations using scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Tools. Prepare and present training material. Train other schedulers in the use of scheduling methods, concepts, and new tools Interpret program contracts to determine CDRL and SDRL requirements.  Qualifications: BS/BA degree in finance or business with a minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience. Experience in the use of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Graneda, Risk+ and Pert Chart Expert. Experience with cost and schedule integration from both the PFA and Scheduler reference.  Preferred Additional Skills: Ability to take over and status/update schedules that have already been created. Strong judgment ability for solving major scheduling conflicts. Leadership and training skills. Ability to work in a team atmosphere. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extensive resource loading knowledge and knowledge of multiple scheduling tools.
