Responsibilities of this job include:

• Make recommendations on best practices, and product / technology advancements
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration, and accuracy of applications
• Identify possible causes of known issues and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues and improve products as needed
• Provide technical support to customer support representatives

• Emergency response to technical issues as needed


Required Skills:

 

•  Must have strong C# skills

· Strong knowledge of ASP.NET

•  Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server stored procedures and TSQL

· Strong  HTML experience

· Strong written and oral skills

· Strong problem solving skills

· Moderate to strong experience with .NET framework and C#

· Knowledge of Internet Information Services

·   Visual Studio

 

 

 

 

 Education:

• Bachelor's in Computer Sciences/engineering or an MCSD certification preferred but not required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
