The Programmer is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application programs. Also, this associate is responsible for resolving software problems and providing system support.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

EducationFormal education in computer-related field.4-year BS or BA degree is strongly recommended.

ExperienceA minimum of two years experience in software development.

SkillsGood understanding of software designs, databases, and software development tools (current technologies).Strong written and oral communication skills.Organized and can work on multiple tasks concurrently.Analytical thinker with good problem solving methodology.

ExpectationsWorks effectively with users to understand requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.Develops, communicates and monitors assigned tasks, providing work and duration estimates.Completes tasks on time, on budget, with good quality.Responds quickly to support issues, ensures appropriate communication, and facilitates resolution.
