We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support / technical leadership in .Net, C#, SQL Server 2005 environment.

Background:
Our Managed Maintenance team supports our Client's Healthcare and Material Masters application areas. These applications are developed primarily using .Net, C#, Java, and Blaze (Rules Engine). They interface with SharePoint and SAP using BizTalk / Mercator. This person needs to have good problem solving skills combined with good communication and organization skills. He/she must be able to work on multiple projects while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. This person will provide technical leadership to other teams in .Net, C#, SQL Server environments.

Support Schedule:
All the applications are in Standard Support Tier – 8AM to 5PM US East Coast Time, Mon-Fri. Global user base.

Job Description
The analyst would provide Level-2 application support which includes:
• Monitoring Problem Queues
** Example – Job Monitor Duties


• Operational trouble shooting and problem resolution
** Example - Bug fixes
** Example - Working with Level 3 teams to resolve issues
** Example – SQL Code check
** Example - .Net code check
** Example – Batch runs failures resolution
** Application testing of new Desktop releases


• Minor development / testing / deployment tasks for the supported applications
• End user communications and coordination
• Development of AKT (Application Knowledge Transfer)
• Documentation for new applications rolled in for support by the CAI Support team.
• Provide technical guidance in .Net, C# domain for other teams.
• Coordinate the product upgrade activities (like Vista, Office 2007, etc,)

Technical Requirements:
7+ years of experience in support / development of web applications with skills in the following areas:

• C#
• SQL Server
• SQL and Store Procedures
• Visual Studio 2003/2005.Net
• ASP.NET
• HTML

Desired Experience in:
• VB.NET
• Crystal Reports 8.5
• UC4
• Sharepoint
• Java
• Blaze
