Programmer/Analyst/Project Manager

 

We have an immediate requirement for a Computer Programmer to develop a web-based grants tracking application system.



RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform systems analysis and design

· Work on medium to complex programming work efforts

· Perform unit and system testing

· Provide technical support for client testing

· Document all assignments

· Ensure that all development complies with the Statewide Technical Architecture.

 

 

SKILLS

Required

· Minimum of 10 years of systems development experience.

· Minimum 5 years of SQL Server database experience.

· Minimum of 5 years ASP.NET / VB.NET development experience.

· Prior experience with state government agencies.

· Minimum of 5 years experience developing systems that conform to the North Carolina Statewide Architecture

 

Preferred:

· Prior experience with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture preferred.

· Crystal Reports
