 United Data Technologies, a growing and highly reputable organization focused on designing, building, integrating, managing, and evolving IT solutions for both private and public sectors has an immediate need for a Marketing Administrator.

Mission

“To manage and increase profitability by administering vendor programs”

Scope:

The Vendor Programs Administrator reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for researching, developing, administering and evaluating programs in response to the identified needs of UDT and partners.

 

Responsibilities:

 Conduct Program Planning

Main Activities

v  Consult with partners to identify programs to drive margin and overall company advantage

v  Execute long range plans, programs and strategies

v  Monitor programs and services to ensure they meet stated goals

v  Assist with program evaluation and updates on programs and services

v  Act as a resource about program development and initiatives

v  Collect and analyze information and date for annual report

v  Prepare briefings notes, reports and presentations as required

v  Develop policies, guidelines, standards and reporting systems to the partnersResearch and develop programs

v  Review existing programs

v  Adapt existing programs as required

v  Research new programs

v  Design and develop new programs

v  Design program components

v  Make recommendations about adapting programs to meet unique needs

v  Create promotions for the buy online based on rebates, backend funding, etc.

3  Administer programs

v  Prepare and distribute program information and opportunities

v  Identify  potential revenue to UDT

v  Follow the process for claiming for programs which include partner programs, (points based, rebates, spiffs and MDF)

v  Request sales vendor reports from Sales Administration in order to conduct claiming procedures

v  Process of Demo/Eval request for Sales and Marketing

v  Manage Deal registration  programs (NBO, etc)

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

ü  Policies and procedures with each of our vendors

ü  Office administration

ü  An understanding of the technology industry

ü Familiar with Hewlett Packard and Cisco Vendor Programs
