As a Project Accounting Lead for Tectura, based in our Whitmore Lake, MI office, your primary mission will be to manage project invoicing and billing for our North American finance team. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating, standardizing and documenting processes to streamline efficiencies and maintain solid control systems. Your hands on experience with an enterprise level financial system software, such as Navision, Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft, coupled with your deep understanding of the accounts receivable function will enable you to hit the ground running. Your familiarity with Work in Progress and Project Billing, as well as sub-contractor and inter-company invoicing will serve you well as you manage the monthly project accounting close cycle and balance sheet reconciliations. Strong communication skill, an eagle eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects will ensure your success.
