Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met. Performs complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs. Prepares complex financial/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations. Provide weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs. Conducts complex financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.). Performs non-routine analysis and prepares non-routine financial reports. Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues. Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers and performs extensive investigations as required. May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred Five or more years of experience in finance or accounting Experience working with program control techniques in the Federal Contracting environment Experience working with Federal Contract pricing Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases Experience working with financial analysis Other Qualifications Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work Good analytical and problem solving skills Interpersonal and interviewing skills to gather information from personnel Good communication skills Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
