Tech-Pro's Project Management practice is focused on helping our clients create and maintain world class Project Management Offices (PMOs). We focus on the execution of programs and projects that are aligned with our clients' Strategic IT Plans and with our clients' overall Strategic Business Plans.

 

 

Tech-Pro is currently seeking strong Project Management professionals for career opportunities working in business and technology projects. Must be local or willing  to relocate to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area

 

Required skills:

 

-5+years of technology and business experience

-Full life-cycle project management expertise (development of project plans to delivery)

-Experience managing full lifecycle projects with budgets of $1 million or more and teams of at least eight

-Team management skills with success in team building, problem solving, and conflict resolution

-Strong aptitude with change management, risk management, and project planning.

-Experience using PM tools  (Microsoft Project, Project Server, Clarity, Niku, Workbench, etc.)

-Cross-functional team management experience

 

Preferred skills:

 

-PMP certification

-Expertise with any of the following: ITIL, Agile, SOA, Six Sigma

-Financial Services, Brokerage, Healthcare, Manufacturing,  and Medical Device sector expertise
