Our client who is a small Consulting Company has a need for a Project Manager/Architect in the Philadelphia PA area. We are looking for the following:(1) Project Manager / Architect in the Philadelphia, PA area

a. Experience as an architect, requirements and project manager role for an onshore role in a mixed onshore / offshore delivery teamb. PHP and J2EE skills, ability to work in developing out a next generation architecture for a very demanding and complex applicationc. Ability to extract and refine requirements suitable for an offshore teamd. Experience with agile and offshore delivery very strongly encouragede. Experience in telecommunications industry a big plusf. Experience with integration business intelligence in with operational systems a strong plusg. Excellent client relationship skills and excellent communication skills keyh. Great team player in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with little bureaucracyi. 7+ years experience
