Project Manager/Director (Supervisory) JOB DESCRIPTION:The position is accountable for planning, tracking, driving and communicating project status of security access reviews for dozens of applications. This role will require the development of a project template for reviewing access controls, communicating requirements and project documentation to business and systems areas, development of a specific project plan for each area based off the template, and tracking the progress of each review to insure reviews are complete according to plan. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide communication to all the project team members and stakeholders• Manage Project as requested by management• Maintain tracking plans, project plans, issues logs, and status reports• Review work documents to insure that reviews are being done consistently and meet defined requirements• Drive the timely completion of all activities required to meet target dates• Evaluating project risk and escalating appropriately• Preparing documentation and holding project review meetings• Provide project management support to work effort leads• Maintain project templates and documentation• Enter and update project management information in project asset repositories• Adherence to project management methodologies REQUIREMENTS:• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies• Prior experience with SOX remediation projects• Prior experience managing IT projects/Information Security Projects• Knowledge of Information Security Access Control concepts• Proven track record of achieving results as a Project Manager• Ability to handle multiple sub projects simultaneously• Strong planning and organization skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project• Presentation Skills SKILL SETS:Professional: Business Writing, Documentation, Leadership, Management, Negotiation, Oral Communication, Organization, Planning, Presentation, Project Life Cycle, Project Management, TeamworkDatabases: MS AccessMiscellaneous: Data Warehousing, SQL WindowsOffice/Email: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Word, Outlook CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Industry Experience: 5 yearsCommunication Skills: CriticalRequired Degree: Under-Graduate  To view additional job opportunities with TAC Worldwide Companies, please visit us at www.tacworldwide.com
