JOB TITLE: Project Manager

 

OVERVIEW:

 

Agility Healthcare Solutions offers healthcare providers RFID-enabled resource and workflow management solutions designed to optimize asset utilization, reduce operating costs and improve care quality. Agility tracks, measures and improves utilization of a client’s resources including mobile medical equipment, surgical instruments, and other assets, while improving bed management, patient flow management, staff workflow and facility productivity. 

 

The AgileTrac system includes active RFID (radio frequency identification) hardware, RFID tags, wireless networking hardware, data capture and reporting middleware, and web-enabled application software.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Customer-facing position responsible for executing, directing, and coordinating all system installation and customer service activities for implementation of Agility solutions in hospitals

·  Position leads and coordinates internal company resources and outside contractors in the delivery of solutions to the company’s hospital customers

 

·  Specific duties:

·  Gather requirements, create project charter, create and manage project plans, and ensure successful delivery of implementations.

·  Create SOW for subcontract work. Manage subcontractor work at customer locations.

·  Utilize company project management and communication tools effectively.

·  Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customers and resources involved in project implementation activities.

·  Travel required

 Skills, Experience, and Education:

 

A bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 - 7 years of work experience with demonstrated project management success is required.  Software solution delivery and/or hardware infrastructure experience, PMP certification, and prior healthcare industry experience are preferred.

 

·  Experience in leading and managing system implementations or other complex projects

·  Adept at working with diverse teams (some remote) in a project management role

·  Able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced customer-focused environment

·  Competency in utilizing sophisticated software applications

·  High-impact professional presence with well-developed interpersonal and listening skills

·  Demonstrated organizational, planning and ‘multi-tasking’ skills

·  Motivated, results-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic

·  Able to travel at a medium to high level as needed (domestic) via commercial airline

·  Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

·  Able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
