Project Manager - Organization Change

As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the project and be dependent on a cross-functional team including 3rd party vendors/suppliers to realize success. The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include: - Working with product and business analysis teams to solidify requirements and prioritize work. - Developing project plans and managing the project through an established PMO framework. - Managing project budget and project resources. - Meeting all project goals, objectives and timelines.- Facilitating project communications across all stakeholders. - Resolving and escalating project impacting issues.- Managing internal/external customer, key stakeholder and 3rd party expectations.- Coaching project team to continuously improve project delivery capabilities.- Accepting accountability for overall project success. - 5+ years of Project Management experience. Previous consulting experience preferred. - 2+ years of experience in telecommunications industry (wireless preferred). - Experience managing business requirements definition, prioritization and roadmap development. - Working knowledge of organizational change processes (process definition, gap analysis, training, and communications). - Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, interdependent project activity streams across different functions and organizations. - History of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget. - Demonstrated knowledge of project planning, tracking and status reporting. - Strong communication and negotiation skills across technical and business audiences at all organizational levels. - Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and delegate tasks as needed- Understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). PMP Certification preferred. Previous PMO experience also desirable. - Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project). RESPOND HERE!
