For more information about MPS Group, please visit http://www.mpsgroup.com ***A major financial client of Modis’ is seeking a skilled Project Manager w/ BA Experience for an upcoming contract position. Project Manager w/ BA ExperienceChicago, IL (downtown) Duties:  Length: 12 Months CTH This is an investment initiative- Building out a new "Know Your Customer" System Will help with basic PM functions but need to focus on the analytical work- REQ gathering, documentation, provide insight into how they are currently doing things and where they need to go in the future. They have been seeing all technical or all functional- WANT- BOTH MUST HAVE- worked in a financial company, conversion project exp, worked on projects consiting of development of a new platform, money laundering etc.... BA should be SOLID- REQ gathering, req definition, help users with test execution, script executions/ deal with the business side and know what questions to ask them and how to get all the information from them that you need. Need to know how to probe to get the answers needed- participating in the ANALYTICAL WORK. Need to be able to drawl conclusions and make recommendations. This person should be proficient with the detailed work not the overseeing of. Full lifecycle experience within SDLC RequirementsBusiness Analyst for TSS Strategic Know Your Customer Program; Join the business team supporting a project to develop the TSS target Know Your Customer System as well as convert the current TS KYC system to the target platform. Project/Program Management of complex technology platforms; Strong business analysis skills; Work in Financial Service Compliance area a plus Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation. Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations. Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups.
