This role will work both independently and as part of small teams doing primarily new development work for a variety of customers including government municipalities.This position has overall responsibility for day-to-day activities related to .NET web and integration development projects. You may join us for the challenging projects, but you will stay for the caliber of professionals working side-by-side with you.QualificationsEducation: BA/BS degreeYears of Experience: 8 yearsPrimary Skills: Eight years professional experience with a proven track record in designing, developing and deploying both internal and externally-facing web sites. SharePoint Portal Server 2003 administration and customization using ASP.NET and VB.NET or C#. Database design and management experience with SQL Server 2005. Experience with SQL Server  2005 database server is also required. Preferred Qualifications:Education: BA/BS degreeYears of Experience:  10 yearsPrimary Skills:· Experience developing software solutions for local governments, municipalities and regulatory agencies.· Experience participating in business development initiatives.· Experience aiding in the development and maintenance of best practices and standards for executing software development projects.· Prefer MOSS 2007.· Proven ability to apply industry standard development and integration patterns.· Proven ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting expected deadlines.· Proven track record applying analytical skills to a variety of projects and issues.Good presentation skills for both client demonstrations and presentations to fellow practioners. Abillity to think strategically and help champion change for continusous improvement within the practice.
