Responsibilities:Quality Management responsibility for all applications Responsible for hands on testing, on-time, high quality product delivery based on release cyclesManage on-shore and off-shore quality teams & co-ordinate activitiesLead quality control processes within the technology organizationDevelop and implement automated test-plans, standard testing, track results & bug tracking tools Build and implement standardized performance testing metrics and perform integration testing of work processes

 

 

Requirements:5 plus years experience with hands on software quality control and being a team lead/managerExtensive technical background in enterprise software applications such as SAP, Oracle Experienced in functional supply chain process understanding as it relates to Software-as-Service, SRM and Master Data ManagementMust have strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work with development, product management, support and consulting teams located across geographies in an international environmentMust have strong communication/organizational skills and be a complex thinkerDatabases experience: SQL Server and/or OracleXML Related Experience: XML, XSD, XSLT, HTMLQA Tools experience is a must: LoadRunner, WinRunner, JIRA/BugZilla etcDevelopment Tools: Visual Studio, SVNHands on software development experience in J2EE or .Net is a plusMiddleware: WebMethods, BizTalk experience is a plusKnowledge of standards such as xCBL, CIDX, PIDX and RosettaNet is a plusBachelor of Science with a concentration in IT or Engineering
