Reviews documents, including written correspondence from consumers and/or customers and consumer dispute cases, for accuracy and completeness based upon documented established departmental procedures.2. Monitors recorded or live telephone communications to the consumer and/or customer, including communications related to a consumer dispute case on file.3. Inputs quality assessment data results for review and analysis by departmental management.4. Accumulates quality assessment data and provides management with statistical reports.5. Maintains logs, records, and other reports related to quality assessments as required.6. Performs functions within the Consumer Assistance Center (Credit Investigator,Maintenance Reviewer, Credit Services Representative) on a schedule assigned by management in order to maintain skill level proficiency.7. Provides assistance and guidance to newly trained employees.8. Responsible for participating in a Continuous Improvement Process plan as assigned.9. Adherence to company policies and procedures.10. Adherence to applicable fair credit reporting and other related applicable laws and regulations.Nonessential1. Performs other duties as required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES1. Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent.2. At least 2 years credit services experience required and at least 1 year performing at least one of the three Credit Industry Assistant functions (Credit Services Representative, Credit Investigator, Maintenance Reviewer).3. Demonstrated proficiency in reading a credit report required.4. Data entry and general typing skills required.5. P.C. skills preferred.6. Must be able to demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills.7. Ability to interact with peers and departmental management.8. Ability to work overtime as required by Management.9.
