Quality Consultant

Quality Consultant CTG is seeking a Quality Consultant to join our Quality Management Office team. This person can be located at CTG's corporate headquarters in Bufalo, NY, or may work remotely anywhere in the continental United States. TITLE: Quality Consultant LOCATION: Quality Management Office - Buffalo, NY or may work remotelyREPORTS TO: Director, Quality GRADE:9STATUS: ExemptRELOCATION: Not availablePRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in the information technology services industry in various technical and/or management positions Minimum 2 years of experience implementing quality system components, including experience with process engineering, quality assurance and process improvement; Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service interaction at all organizational levels Preferred: Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001:2000, TickIT, ITIL and the SEI Capability Maturity Model Preferred: Competence in project management, technical writing and making presentations PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and improve CTG’s management system and its repository to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness Ensure assigned business units conduct business in conformance with CTG’s management system Maintain CTG’s ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT certifications Ensure business units are prepared to take part in ISO 9001:2000 certification activities Provide quality management and ISO 9001:2000 advice and assistance as requested Provide proposal and project review/oversight as requested by assigned business units Act as advocate and educator on the quality approach to management CTG offers an immediate comprehensive benefits package.  If you are interested and meet the requirements outlined above, please apply online to ensure your resume is routed to the correct person for follow up.
