World Wide Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a QUALITY MANAGER in Austin, TX.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Conduct Internal Audits at WWT facilities across the country

Interpret international requirements for WWT business lines to aid in compliance.

Responsible for technical writing of Work Instructions for Procurement, Lab and Manufacturing Departments.

Maintain all current Quality Management System certificates

Maintain the Quality System documentation.

Train Management staff in Quality concepts

Lead Lean projects

Collect, trend and analyze internal performance metrics.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience supporting a mature Quality Management System preferred.

2 years experience with ISO certification.

2 years experience in Closed Loop Corrective Action resulting in process improvements

2 years experience in process design using of in process controls and sample plans

Proven track record of utilizing a Process Improvement Program

Well developed oral and written communication skills

Completed Lean and Value Stream Mapping training or comparable Quality training IE Six Sigma Green Belt training

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Proficient in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Certified Internal Auditor
