GENCO has an immediate opening for a RED PRAIRIE Warehouse Management expert for our warehouses, located in McDonough, GA.

The position is responsible for:
Supervising employees.Acting as a liaison between GENCO and customer to resolve systems related issues and enhancements.Working with the Operations Management to provide the required systems training/knowledge.Monitoring systems activities to ensure that all interfaces (general systems) are working as required.Generating/monitoring systems reports as required by Operations.Hardware, software, network trouble-shooting.Preparing and reconciling required production and inventory reports.PC set-up and troubleshooting.Systems training to end users.Providing assistance for the General Manager on special projects as required.

Required Skills


The successful candidate will have:
Ability to understand customer systems and related interfaces.Proven ability to work with all levels of management (GENCO and customer) and hourly employeesBasic understanding of warehouse/distribution product flow is requiredTwo (2) to four (4) years of IT-related working experience with emphasis on networking and general systems.Proficiency in the use of Dlog, Red Praireie, and Windows operating systems.Familiarity with WMS systems, DM Plus experience a plus.Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, both wired and wireless.Ability to provide professional and comprehensive reports, both written and oral.Working knowledge of thermal and laser printer operations and functionality.Ability to set up general E-mail/SMTP.Ability to troubleshoot Printer and Hardware issues.One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience delivering training to end users at a non-technical level.
