Develops and motivates staff through formal and informal coaching, sets objectives, coaches/mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development. Effectively responds to and resolves conflicts. Foster team enthusiasm and actively participate in building a positive work environment. Communicates with staff in an ongoing basis; involving them in the day-to-day operation of the business. Sells recruiting strategies and solutions to a broad range of clients. Ensures sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded. Assesses sales performance and market trends and develops marketing plans.  SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Communicate practice updates to management Communicate changes in Company policy to staff Other duties as required.  REQUIREMENTS: An undergraduate degree or diploma is required coupled with at least 5 years’ experience within the contingency recruitment sector.  Some of this will include the successful operation of a desk. Proven leadership and management skills, demonstrated by success in building and developing a cohesive team. Critical decision-making skills, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and industry processes, needs and players A team player who can interact effectively at all levels of the organization and can effectively build and maintain client relationships.
