FDM is a global IT services provider headquartered out of the Brighton, London, and Manchester, UK with offices in Germany, Luxemburg, and the US.  FDM is seeking talented individuals to join our US Operations Team, located in New York City.

 

Eligible candidates will be working with global blue-chip clients in the following industries: Media, Travel/Transport, Telecommunications, Financial, and Federal Systems Integrators. Applicants must have the aptitude to learn as well as demonstrate a good work ethic.

 

Role and Responsibilities:Manage global recruitment across five business sectors: financial services, systems integrators, software houses, telecommunications, media, and the public sector, reaching over 100 clientsDeliver high standard of performance by cold calling and screening potential candidates for a variety of roles: Project Manager, Architect, Developer, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Application SupportCarry out extensive research regarding the nature of the IT project, respective responsibilities, and duties Develop relationships between existing clients and IT consultants and coordinate respective interviews Maintain relations with client and applicant for the position.Prepare reports, contracts, and documents for the company auditsDiscuss and negotiate projected forecasts for each quarterly termSuccessfully achieved company targets each quarterly termMotivate other employees as well as work as a team playerDesire to move into a full time Sales role managing client relationships
