Recruiter (Corporate)

Responsibilities

Act as a partner with internal client teams to ensure that a team providing recruiting services positively impacts their business.

Build relationships with hiring managers to serve as a trusted advisor. Manage internal client expectations. Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies to generate a robust and superior candidate pipeline. Work with other recruiters to support global recruiting initiatives and improve processes and the quality of service delivery. Meet established hiring targets Source to particular strategy as defined in the performance metrics Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure competitiveness in hiring Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies including applicant flow logs Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in staffing process Accurately report and track candidate data as requested Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned Requirements
Bachelors Degree 5 years of experience with working in a fast-paced, high-volume full life-cycle recruiting environment Experience with results-oriented partnering with hiring managers and clients to impact their business Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, showing professional maturity and business savvy Ability to use a variety of creative sourcing techniques Possession of excellent oral communication skills MS Office Suite Must be authorized to work for any US employer
