Regional Program Manager (Inside Sales)

 Job Summary:

You will use your prospecting skills to initiate new client relationships and identify opportunities to provide I.T. consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Aggressive prospecting to uncover new client opportunities

· Attain established quotas

· Utilize all available resources to research and identify new prospects

· Understand and qualify client requirements and partner with CEI’s recruiting team to evaluate candidates against those requirements

· Effectively manage the sales process both internally and externally

· Negotiate with clients to close deals

· Build relationships with current and prospective clients

 Required Experience/Attributes: 

· 2 years experience in selling services

· Proven client sourcing abilities and closing abilities

· Self motivated, driven and energetic with an exceptional work ethic

· The ability to think and work independently

· The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the phone and in presentations

· The ability to problem solve and think creatively

· The ability to interpret selling situations and build relationships through a consultative sales approach

 Plusses:

· Entrepreneurial experience

· A successful track record in the software services industry

· Experience in business development or sales calling on high level decision makers in companies’ Information Systems departments, such as: CEOs, CIOs, IT managers, etc.

· Familiarity with industry trends and technical issues
