For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com Job Summary:Manages business relationships with clients (Maximum revenue up to 100k) Acts as primary point of contact for assigned clientsBuilds and improves relationships by researching existing client services and proposing account strategies to improve efficiencies and consumer experienceResponsible for current client satisfaction by responding to client requests and managing client needs based on surveys and other forms of client communicationThis position encompasses a variety of job duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:Tracks client issues; interact with Treasury, Accounting and IT for accurate and timely problem resolutionAct as business liaison during client maintenance projects Maintain a thorough understanding of services offered for assigned clientsAssist in building and maintaining Client Services process improvement definition and documentation Perform quarterly audit of SharePoint Client Information site to ensure consistent and accurate informationAct as backup to Relationship Manager as requiredSkills and Qualifications:Three years of professional customer/client service experience in a technical or financial environment Strong communication skills, both written and oral Strong organizational skills Strong detail, task operation and time management Strong client and customer focus Self-motivated and high-energy individual that works well in a team environment-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly, Excel, Word and PowerPointEducation: BS or BA prefferedFiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.Account Management,Client Services
