A+ Consulting is currently recruiting for several contract to hire openings for our client in Charlotte, NC.

Our client is looking for someone with release management experience, strong communication skills, be able to communicate release dates to all sides, set expectations for overall release, be able to work weekends for the releases once a month.  Understanding of the banking processes is highly desired.

Our client is also seeking a candidate for a mini release manager position where you will be handling many small projects.  In addition the candidate will be doing the following:
Working on the BRD (Business Requirements Document)
Looking at the requirements and establishing the resources necessary for the team
Selecting the point resources for the team
Managing the budget
On a weekly basis, monitoring the burn rate and making changes as necessary
Actual versus Forecasting on the budget
Coordinating and facilitating the JAD sessions
Work with the Testing Center of Excellence to set-up testing dates
Monitor the testing dates and manage the correction of the defects
Manage the implementation
