Repository Manager

Position Summary:

The Repository Manager shall be responsible for maintaining the OCIO's configuration management library, document repository, and repository for software licenses and hardware maintenance agreements. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that all configuration items are properly managed.

Essential Work Elements:

• Operate and maintain the configuration management (CM) library.
• Provide and support the operation of a software repository, which developers can search, enabling business area and OCIO management to track and control all versions of and changes to applications.
• Operate and maintain the Document repository. Conduct periodic reviews and coordinate update procedures with OCIO project managers and other interested parties.
• Operate and maintain a Repository for Software Licenses and Hardware Maintenance Agreements. The Contractor shall monitor license and agreement periods of performance.
• Support technical personnel to ensure that configuration items (CIs) are tracked and that all CIs are reviewed and updated throughout their life cycles.
• Advise and guide staff, both Government and contractors, on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the CIs.
• Shall be responsive to the leadership of the corporation.

• Demonstrates support for corporate goals and objectives, contributing to the accomplishment of the overall mission.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus five (5) years demonstrated experience in SCM and repository management. Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in SCM may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree, for a total of nine (9) years of SCM experience.

Required Skills/Certification:

• Applicable certifications in repository management and software configuration management.
