Resource Management Specialist

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for a Resource Management Specialist to fill a contract position to manage human resources for our large telecom client. This is a contract position expected to last 12 months. If selected, a background and drug screen will be required.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for securing human resources to support project core teams. They will ensure that the correct corporate resources (i.e. headcount) are brought to bear on various corporate initiatives (i.e. aligned). Works with project sponsors to staff project team resources from factory organizations, i.e., procurement, product development, etc. Works with project sponsors to ensure all required documentation and approvals are complete. Collaborates and often negotiates with factory organizations to secure project team resources and problem solve resource availability issues. Manages a resource tracking log and provides metrics on resource provisioning intervals and service levels.

The candidate will be a member of the corporate team that enables delivery of products and projects through standardization of corporate business processes, tools, training, communication, resource management, and reporting. The assignment of the right resources at the right time to new products, cost-saving projects and infrastructure platforms is owned by this resource team.
