Retail Pro Administrator

FENDI is seeking a Retail Pro Administrator for its New York Office.

 

Job Description:  Daily Activities

·          Control and follow-up of the operations, procedures, and key-resource of systems alignment (ERP vs. Retail Pro and vice-versa, Main vs. Remotes and vice-versa).

·          Check data import from the ERP (ASN Voucher, Order files, Item File) using the text file which appears each day after overnight polling.

·          Check MAIN/REMOTE data consistency using “Retail Matching Tool” and re-generate any missing/wrong data transactions using “Retail Pro polling function” and report “M09”.

·          Check MAIN/ERP data consistency on stock. We have a specific tool on our AS400 to compare stock qty which shows discrepancies at sku level.

·          Ensure the system reliability, detect the anomalies, propose and follow up the corrections to be carried out (adjustments) vs. voucher of incoming stock, sales transactions, transfers between stores and remaining stock.

·          Check stock negatives using the report “I04” and make related adjustments using “Retail Pro Adjustment Memo function”. Any adjustment requires clarification from the store and Head of Retail approval.

·          Check sales transactions: discounts, customer info, tax-free receipts, sales order. Discounts are checked using following reports: “S26, S27”

·          Provide information and data control of the incoming deliveries (transport documents, invoices, vouchers, prices), returns and inventories.

·          Check incoming vouchers: vendor code, costs, x-rates (when merchandise comes from non-eurozone countries). Voucher are checked using following reports: “J13, J15, J17” ·          Check missing prices using “Price Manager filtered view”. If any make the update from suggested reta Qualifications:  

·          Minimum BS in Computer Information Systems

·          3 to 5 year experience on RPRO

·          RPRO Certification is a plus

·          Affiliations with successful retail companies is a plus

·          Strong analytical and reasoning abilities

·          Well organized and thorough

·          Administrative skills

·          Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well with diverse personalities – tactful – mature – flexible

·          Ability to establish credibility
