Our Retail Services Technicians are a group of enthusiastic individuals, based at a technology service desk, ready to assist in any troubleshooting or installation requests. The technician is a trained expert, a jack of all technical trades, able to consult with customers and provide customized solutions for their technological life-style. From computer to audio-visual options, they know it all and can integrate it into one living experience. Job Qualifications: 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience required, with 1 – 2 years in a technical support, service desk/help desk environment preferred. Second level support experience is a bonus. Sound understanding in one or more of the following areas: - Wireless networking. - Digital photography, imaging, Bluetooth and wireless peripherals. - Microsoft Windows XP Home, Professional, MCE or Windows Vista as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Home Theater systems and able to make installation recommendations The given: - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. - Ability to self manage schedule and consistently deliver to commitments. - Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment. - Great verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to accurately document customer interactions in multiple platforms. - Ability to lift 50 lbs.
