Position Description:
This position is part of a team to provide technical support for the planning, integration, testing, and fielding of an ERP solution across a large scale enterprise, ranging from 10,000 + to 100,000 seats at multiple nationwide locations. Positions range from risk management; application architects; and ERP, data, test, and information assurance specialists.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Facilitate PMO Risk Review Board (RRB) and Joint Risk Management Board (JRMB) meetings; including setting agenda, preparing and distributing read-ahead package, generating minutes; and following up on action items.
· Work with risk owners, contract Program Manager and division chiefs to document and update risks. Help prevent overlap/conflicts between risks of similar nature.
· Enter risks and updates from risk owners and RRB decisions into MS Access based “Risk Radar” tool; including history log. Generate reports.
· Participate in meeting and discussion to resolve issues with metrics and other related programmatic issues.
Years of Experience Required:
Various depending on the specific role on the team, but must have a minimum of 5+ years overall MIS related experience and experience working in an acquisition management environment preferably with recent experience in enterprise wide application designs and deployments.
Skills Required:
· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must work well in a team environment that consists of both government and other contractors.
Skills Preferred:
· Experience with USAF legacy systems in areas of logistics and financial.
· Experience with other large ERP projects.
· This individual should be highly self-motivated, able to work with little management direction, must work well in a team environment that consists of both government and other contractors, and have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be required.
Security Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Education:
Depending on position, may require BS or MS in a technical field.
