Due to the successful consulting relationship, our client has requested Covestic address their immediate need for an experienced Risk Manager who can be part of their highly visible Risk Management Team. The role of the Risk Manager is to manage and develop the overall Risk architecture to protect corporation's information assets along with privacy, accessibility and online safety. The role of the Risk Manager is to drive multiple initiatives and lead and develop the roadmap to a more secure infrastructure while significantly influencing and strengthening the corporate privacy and accessibility strategy and being relied upon to communicate and influence technical direction to senior management. Our client is a large national, multi-platform environment with many large, critical products and applications. This position will be responsible for planning and implementing Risk / Security plans and policies while integrating them with the company's business processes. Among other duties, this position will evaluate system vulnerability and recommend security improvements. This position will also be responsible for remaining informed of the most current security trends and technologies. Our client's candidate must have large enterprise product risk management experience in leading, designing and developing security assessments, audits, developing strategic and tactical recommendations.-5 plus years of strategic Risk leadership in a large enterprise.- 5 plus years of strategic Privacy, accessibility, online safety leadership in a large enterprise.-10 plus years of hands-on technical network security experience.--Advanced managerial and technical knowledge of the following:Policy Compliance AssessmentsRisk AssessmentRisk AnalysisGeopolitical Policy ImplementationsFirewallsVPN SecurityIntrusion Detection Systems (Host & Network)Windows NT/2000/XPOracle/SQL ServerSUN, HP, Linux-Certifications in CISSP, CISM, GSEC or equivalent required-BSCS and a Masters degree in related fields required RESPOND HERE!
