Job Profile
Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between sales, legal and finance to negotiate and structure sales quotes and contracts.
Primary source for all sales reporting and analysis requirements of senior management, finance, marketing, sales, and professional services departments.
Managing and updating quarterly sales forecast and pipeline.
Updating and maintaining price books, sales quotation templates, and legal agreement templates.
Analyzing and forecasting expected term license renewals on a quarterly basis
Administration of Salesforce.com application
Providing general sales support to both national and international sales account managers and sales management.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience working in Sales Operations or similar field, experience with a software company preferred.
High level proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.
Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools and Oracle Applications preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Software Revenue Recognition rules a plus.
Bachelors degree required.
