Leveraging the heritage and domain expertise of the parent company, its services encompass a broad technology spectrum, catering to leading international companies across the globe. To strengthen its operations in the North East Larsen & Toubro Infotech is hiring SAP BW consultants.  SAP BI technical consultant with 3+ years experience in versions BW 3.x and BI 7.0 (Netweaver 2004s), and with at least one project experience in a SAP BW upgrade project (upgrade to BI 7.0 or BW 3.5). Full lifecycle implementation experience on at least two BW projects cutting across requirements analysis, data modeling, detailed design, realization, all stages of testing, cutover and hypercare. Should have strong BW development experience in the areas of Cost Accounting, Project System, Tooling, GL, Sales & Distribution and Purchasing Strong experience in impact analysis on data model when large scale functional changes are being envisaged; Ability to look at the data model comprehensively and develop the big picture of potential impacts and drill down to finer granularity in planning out tasks. Strong emphasis on development of SAP BW queries using tools such as Business Explorer (BEx) and Web Application Designer. Report status, communicate project issues, and participate in project meetings and planning Very good communication, planning and multi-tasking skills to ensure that work across multiple delivery locations are carried out on schedule with high quality and the same is effectively communicated with the client through status reports in planning and review meetings. Very good analytical skills in performing root cause analysis for problems and communicating with the client to ensure that such problems do not reoccur Ability to proactively monitor the system and provide process and performance improvement inputs to ensure end user satisfaction and prime system health.
