SAP Basis Developer

Fortune 500 firm is looking for SAP Basis Developer  We are currently looking for qualified SAP Basis Developers to analyze business problems and translate into technical solutions in an SAP environment. The Consultant must analyze system architecture and procedures. The Consultant must plan and coordinate system related activities. Understanding of technical resource and source to obtain and validate solutions and designs. Communicate via voice and writing effectively to both business and technical resource. Work as a team and take initiatives on activities and tasks. Knowledge of SAP technology and understanding of industry practice. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. Location: DC Metro area strongly preferred.Basic qualifications: Experience with SAP project life cycle methodology. Knowledge in business process and organization structure. SAP system integration exp involving the understanding of multi-mixed system environment. Clear understanding and experience in LAN, WAN, PCs, System and Administration. Solaris and Oracle database experience Enterprise system operation and implementation experience SAP Basis Consultants must have 5-7 years direct hands on experience with SAP Basis and at least 2 full project lifecycles.
