SAP Business Process Analyst

Seeking an SAP IT Business Process Analyst with strong functional knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management modules (LE/WM) in the area of finished goods processing.  In this role, you'll partner with the business units to understand their established business process capabilities and document their business requirements; modle and redesign processes; workflows and roles in support of business change, and then translate these process and workflow requirements into validated business requirements documents. Additionally, you will thoroughly understand business / functional unit needs and processes, and anticpate, model, drive, and faciliate the redesign of roles, worklfows, and processes to ensure that a timely and effective solution is provided.  The six knowledge areas encompassed in this role are: Enterprise Analysis, Requirements Planning and Management, Requirements Gathering,  Requirments Communications, Requirements Analysis and Documentation, and Requirements Implementation. Other responsibilities include the following:1.  Create Enterprise Analysis documentation.2.  Develop the Business Requirements Management plan.3.  Develop the Business Requirements Communication and Signoff plan.4.  Creat the requisite Detailed Business Requirements Documentation.5.  Design and blueprint business process to transaction level (SAP).6.  Create Test critera and unit & system test documentation (plans, cases, scenarios).7.  Conduct Analysis of test results, documentation of problems, etc.8. Develop Stakeholder Analys map, detailing ownership and risk.9. Perform Cost/ benefit analysis.10. Develop RFI / RFP documents. Skills:- 5+ Years relevant technical work experience; 4 years of which must include business analysis or design experience in SAP. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management modules (LE/WM) in the area of finished goods processing. - Thorough understanding of logistics related processes in SAP including including Delivery Processing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Pick/Pack, Transportation Management, and Import / Export requirements.  Experience with SAP - GTS a plus. -Thorough understanding of inventory management related processes in SAP including Requisition Processing, Schedule Agreements, Contract Management, Sourcing, and Goods. - Working knowledge and experience with SAP-SRM and SAP-GTS is desired. - Must be a team player who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. Education:BA/ BS in business or related discipline a must.
