SAP CRM Developer

This is a full-time/perm position with our client in Columbus, Ohio.  Client will not transfer or sponsor.

We have an immediate opening for a Developer Engineer in the Information Technology Division of an exciting Columbus, Ohio firm. Responsibilities will include CRM development, (not configuration) development leadership, and CRM production support. This person will be responsible for understanding the firm’s entire CRM solution and must be able to contribute to solution development to meet business requirements. Specific activities and knowledge areas include:

SAP/CRM Version 5.0
- Customer Interaction Center (CIC)
- Business Activity Management
- Lead Activity Management
- Opportunity Management
- Integration with R/3 Customer Master (CRM Middleware)
- Integration with R/3 (Custom ABAP programs and function modules)
- GuiXT (SAPGUI plug in)
- SAP Code Modifications
- Numerous Z programs (Custom ABAP functions)
- Integration with Unix File System (Z Programs)

Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science/related discipline or equivalent experience. Preferred background in SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution/BW reporting. Strong SAP technical, design, interaction, and leadership skills are required. Must exhibit strong teaming and organizational skills. This candidate should possess a process focus with the ability to go from "as-is" to "to-be" as well as experience with a structured project methodology. CRM hands-on development experience (3-5 years) is preferred. Thorough understanding of CRM or R/3 data structures and middleware via experience with multiple R/3, BW or CRM end-to-end implementations and go-lives is a plus.
