SAP (CRM-POS) IT TEAM MEMBER
Description:Position SummaryThis position is responsible for the successful rollout Rockwell Automation's global Point of Sale (POS) functionality. Rockwell Automation collects POS data from authorized, independent distributors. This data must be validated, audited, corrected, and integrated into other processes, including customer grading and sales dashboard reports. Rockwell Automation's new POS functionality will be delivered through the Global Process Transformation (GPT) project, which is a long-term, multi-phase, global initiative supported by SAP.This position works with the Global Sales Operations business team and GPT project teams to analyze, design, and document the business processes and requirements, manage the delivery of required functionality, and plan & execute implementation activities.Activities:Gather global POS requirements from the business community; prioritize and identify gapsWrite functional specifications to address gapsManage the delivery of POS functionalityPlan and manage testing cycles; participate in testing activitiesPlan and execute implementation activitiesMinimum Qualifications:6 years experience on IT projects, with experience ranging from gathering requirements to implementation2 years IT project management experience, including formal project management methodsAbility to develop and maintain good working relationships with business personnelStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and global project environment.Desired Qualifications:Exposure to SAP R/3 SD, SAP CRM Sales, and/or SAP BWQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:6 years experience on IT projects, with experience ranging from gathering requirements to implementation2 years IT project management experience, including formal project management methodsAbility to develop and maintain good working relationships with business personnelStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and global project environment.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceRockwell Automation offers a competitive benefit plan.
