Position: SAP FI/CO & Support Specialist 

Duration:  Permanent Position / ContractLocation:  Indianapolis, IN

 

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-plus years work experience.

 Experience:

 

3-plus years SAP R3 FI/CO supporting experience, including business application and process design, SAP customizing/configuration, functional spec developing, testing,  and EDI interface support.  Must also posses background in Material Management (MM) and ABAP programming skill.  Candidate must possess strong customer service skills and written/verbal communication skills.  To be bilingual in English and Chinese would be a plus.

 Responsibilities:

 

·  Support FI, CO, and Fixed Assets modules and resolve all functional problems related to efficient operation of SAP.

·  Investigate the discrepancy between sales and accounting reports. 

·  Maintain AP and AR interfaces with Banks and vendors.

·  Work with ABAP programmers to troubleshoot report related problems / enhancements.

·  Maintain SAP reports and make changes according to end users’ requirements.

·  Cooperate with SD and MM support specialist to analyze Sales and Inventory related problems.

·  Assist with SAP System Administrator to maintain end user authorizations.

·  Analyze end users’ new FI/CO/FA business requirement and configure SAP accordingly.

·  Maintain EDI IDoc mapping table and work with EDI partners to make needed changes
