SAP Functional Business Process Manager

A medical client of ours is currently seeking an SAP Functional Business Process Manager for a permanent, salaried position. This is an immediate need. Looking for a candidate with 7-10+ Years of experience. Salary range is: $100-120k+. Location is Waltham, MA. Description is as follows:  SAP Functional Business Process Manager Coordinates the SAP configuration, development, training and maintenance across the sales and marketing and customer service organizations. Interfaces with all levels of users in these organizations to assist in defining and implementing the business process requirements.  Insures adherence to our CIA, FDA guidelines and GMP compliance. Assists in managing the creation of policies and procedures for the business. Manages the stabilization of each implementation to include planning, organizing and resolving issues. Also, responsible for post implementation support. Determines & best business practices &  to meet the goals and objectives of the business. Manages task schedules and issues status reports. Develops system reports to manage and measure the business processes. Validates document configuration, enhancements, and development. Other duties as assigned.Requirements
BA/BS in Business related discipline, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems Eight years' experience in one of the following disciplines: manufacturing, materials management, finance, quality management, sales and marketing or distribution. Two years of SAP configuration Seven years' preferred of SAP implementations and support of software applications for a business to include: development of business processes, planning, execution of configuration and management of the project through implementation. Three or more years of project management. Project Management certification a plus. Excellent presentation, expectation management and training skills. Consistently meeting specific needs of various client groups, project teams and target audiences. Proficient in establishing working relationships with Management & Financial Executives, Project Team members, Super Users, End-users and their various steering committees Strong experience in aligning and identifying appropriate SAP & IT functional and technical skills and resources necessary to meet goals within prescribed timelines and budget parameters.
